Section 01

Charge-out rates

Our standard hourly charge-out rates by grade of staff. Where SIP 9 requires us to disclose how fees are determined on a time-cost basis, these are the rates applied — subject to sanction from the relevant approving body in each appointment.

Rates are reviewed annually. The figures shown apply from the effective date below; the version applicable to each appointment is the version in effect on the date the office holder agreed to act.

Effective

1 April 2025

All rates exclusive of VAT. Disbursements (Category 1 & 2) charged separately in accordance with SIP 9.

Case-specific question?

Speak with us about a specific case

The Creditors' Guides cover the framework. They cannot answer case-specific questions — whether the fee being charged is reasonable, what your rights are in the procedure, or how to raise a concern. We are happy to engage with creditors and other interested parties directly. Free initial conversation, no obligation.
